The post was made by X / Twitter user @redunderscore_ on August 31st, 2025, and became the subject of memes over the following days, with the Dexerto X account making the tweet a reality on September 4th, the day of the game's release.
6-7 Weekend or 67 Weekend is a series of memes about the first weekend of September 2025 falling on the 6th and 7th of the month, referencing the 6-7 meme. In early September 2025, people began making content, including videos and image macros, sharing the news that the "6-7 weekend" was coming up, treating the days like a holiday. Weekends falling on the 6th and 7th of the month are not uncommon, with December 2025 and June 2026 also having 6-7 weekends.

As Citra began sharing progress and update videos of Nosey in mid-2025, the robot began garnering virality online, with many claiming it resembled a horror creation from the analog horror series The Walten Files or the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise.
